A dollar and sense-- a lesson for the soul

Tonight while waiting for the train, a stranger approached me to find out which train to catch to get to his destination. At first I did not understand what he was saying because English was not his first language, but when I finally grasped where he was planning to go, I told him which train to catch. He then asked me if he could buy tickets on the train, which I told him no and pointed to the ticket machine. He looked confused, pulled out a $10 and asked me to help him with change for the machine. SO instead of ignoring him, I walked him to the machine, thinking to myself "what if this man robs me!" I told him I didn't have change for a $10, and asked him if he had coins for the machine. I noticed that he was just one dollar short of the $2.50 to pay for his ticket.... one of those "life lessons" flashed across my mind... "Share your abundance with others," so I gave the man a dollar so he could buy the ticket. He was very grateful and I walked away. Two minutes later he came up to me, thanked me and gave me a US dollar bill. I told him he didn't have to, but insisted.

I know this story sounds kind of cheesy, but it made me think, that if you give a little of your self to those who need it, then you will be rewarded with something extra....

Spiritual Strength

For years I've been hitting the gym, trying to stay in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The commitment is there, but there was something missing. I then got turned on to DIET and the importance of eating healthy to sustain a great body and inner health.

Now I want to step up my game to get the ultimate physique. A six pack (I had this once 10 years ago when I lost tons of weight) so I know it's there laying underneath a layer of 10 extra pounds!
Thanks to a friend of mine who wants to chisel out his dream bod.... He wants to gain muscle like the Brazilian bombshell Carlos Freire....
SO as we both begin our journey to achieving "Platonic Beauty" you know Plato's world of idea forms that we mere mortals will never achieve, but can strive towards replicating it in our own version, I realize that I also need to redevelop my soul.

Inner beauty reflects outer beauty right? So I have to focus internally and perfect my spiritual being, train my thoughts, desires and visions. I need to step into the light energy of the Ultimate Creator of my body, in order to achieve a sexy earthly shell!
